Quinns Story
"I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to die, I guess being immortal isn't all that fun anymore," Quinn thought to himself. He walked into the house to find his sister dead and his mother in a daze. What had happened while he had been out? His mother turned to see him by the door with a schocked face, a second later she was gone and Quinn was on his own.
Chapter 1
Chapter 1
I'd like to have one day where my mom came home without the smell of blood on her. I of course had my senses undercontrol, considering I'm the oldest, but that goes different for my sister. Allie is only 7 years old and is getting better but still has the urge to attack anything with blood on it. Me, I'm 16, I'm the "invisible one" of the family, the one who has the most common sense, and, coming from my sister, I'm the most annoying thing she's ever come in contact with.
"Quinn, I need you to help me with a project," Allie yelled down the hall way,"It has to be about why the pilgrims were always moving so much, and stuff."
I tried to ignore her but she broke down my door and ran up to me. "Allie, I don't want to help you because whenever I do, I'm the one getting in trouble from your teachers."
"Please Quinn, I promise to re-write it so they'll never know." She made those eyes that no one could resist. Her golden-brown eyes just got brighter by the second. I think thats how she gets everyone to do anything she wants.
Sigh I tried not to look her in the eyes when I was talking,"Look Allie, I'll do half, but you have to do the other half and re-write my part too. Deal?" Allie had that expression that said,"Fine but if I get a bad grade I'm coming after you."
She looked down and said,"Okay, deal...but I have a question quinn."
"Well, what's the question," I said barely paying attention anymore.
"What would happen if dad was to come back and mom wasn't here?" I looked up and her face had this worried expression on it.
"If dad ever came back I want you to run. Run to Delos's palace and tell him what happened, he'll take care of you," I tried to say it without sounding too scary but she looked like I was about to stab her heart out.
When Allie left my room, she seemed to be walking with a limp. I studied her as she went down the hall, then she turned around and gave me a thumbs up. I did it back and she turned into her room. I went back into mine, picked up the door and put a chair behind it to hold it up. The next thing I heard was a car door slam and the shaddering of my window.
