A soft drizzle was falling as Dimondheart crept outside into the big clearing inside the Thunderclan camp. Birchtail padded out after her."Will it ever stop raining!" he grumbled."I don't know. Thank Starclan if it does." she replyed. Daisypelt bounced out to meet them."Oooooooh, I cant wait for today!" she squealed excitedly.Dimondheart and Birchtail stoped imedeatly."What?"asked Birchtail."Were getting out apprentices today ya didn't know?Firestar didn't tell ya guys yet?replyed Daisypelt. She was still bouncing with excitment."Well....Ummm.....no."Replyed Birchtail.A yowl sounded from the highledge."Let all cats gather here underneath the highrock please!"It was Firestar.Three kits trotted out into the clearing followed by their mother Icecloud.One gray kit was bouncing up and down with excitment another was she-cat was holding her head high another she-cat was looking at the ground shyly."Skykit Untill you earn your warrior name you will be known as Skypaw.Your mentor will be Birchtail."They touched noses."And you Silverkit untill you earn your warrior name you will be known as Silverpaw and your mentor will be Dimondheart."The two toucched noses."You Rockkit untill you earn your warrior name you will be known as Rockpaw.Your mentor will be Daisypelt."They ran to eachother and touched noses.They called out their new names.They smiled to each other happily.
