How well do take care of yourself?
- I get plenty of rest, eat right, exercise and see a doctor regularly. I keep my mind active and exercised through learning new things and interacting with others regularly.
- I do not believe one can monitor all aspects of their life. Fate and karma is a big part of everyday living.

Do you practice stress management strategies?
- There is definitely a time to have a meltdown and not worry on top of everything how to follow techniques or advice.
- I learn to Identify what soothes and comforts me. I do relaxation techniques and interact with supportive friends and family members.

Do you know when to reach out for help?
- I ask for help when life seems overwhelming or difficult. I Identify with someone I would go to for help in the future.
- Reaching out for help does not work. Feeling helpless is not a good thing. I only need to pull myself up from the own pit I am in.

Do you have a supportive friend/God that you can confide in?
- I believe one should never count on anyone except their self.
- I can spend time with at least one friend or family member with whom I can confide in. I have a spiritual belief of a higher power that cares and listens.

Do you believe that all man has also a soul as well as a mind and body?
- Yes. I nurture my soul and take time for spiritual practice, prayerful reflection, meditation or serene solitude.
- No. I believe man consists of mind and body. Outside of treating these two elements, nothing further can be done.

Do you believe good eating habits can help your mental health?
- I don't see how the mind and body can be interactive. I believe we should eat what we want and nothing more can be said.
- I do believe that the proper fuel for the body may have impact on total health in all areas.

Are medications helpful when prescribed by a professional for a disorder?
- No. It doesn't work and self medicating with drugs or alcohol can be just as effective.
- Yes, they can be if the right med and dosage is given. New treatments are being developed all the time.

Can one help a loved one if they are experiencing extreme disturbance?
- No. And getting into someones face never, ever helps.
- Yes. By equipping myself with knowledge I might be able to refer or say or point someone in the right direction.

Do many disorders appear later in life?
- Yes. The late teens and early 20s and 30's is when people who are predisposed develop these conditions.
- No. A person is born with it and if parents or authorities would have paid closer attention it would have helped.

Are some fears reasonable?
- No. If I am going to be a strong person, I must tackle anything that tackles me.
- Yes. Scientists are even unsure of why or how we have certain fears, but we do.
