My Hunger Games Rap!

This rap is about Catching Fire,

couldn't ya tell?

When Peeta and Katniss compete in the Quarter Quell

President Snow visits Katniss and says,

"You have to love Peeta just like this."

The Victory Tour had its ups and downs

like when the old man was shot to the ground.

President Snow announces for the Quarter Quell

the old victors will be going in to their living Hell.

Katniss, Peeta, and Haymitch train

because they have to participate in te Games again.

Katniss tries wine and throws it up

so afterwards she gets in the bathtub.

When the Games come Peeta says they're getting married

and pats her stomach, announcing "We're having a baby!"

President Snow doesn't think this is enough

so he makes the Arena really tough.

Seeder says Rue and Thresh's families are okay

but she won't be when the Games start to play.

Peeta's heart stops, he almost died

but Finnick, her ally, brought him back to life.

District 3 sends her 24 loaves of bread

and Katniss doesn't get it, but she will quickly.

The poisonous fog makes them move really slow

so Mags sacrificed herself, but Finnick didn't want to know.

Blood rain falls at 2 o'clock

and Wiress is blinded and says "Tick tock tick tock."

Katniss finds out what that means

So she, Betee, Peeta, Finnick, and Johanna make a team

they form a plan using wire and time

And they can only have one try!

The plan works, the force field blows up

and Johanna cuts Katniss's tracker up.

She gets knocked out, she doesn't remember

anything until she wakes up and Gale tells her

that her family is safe, they're fine and well,

but "There is no District 12."
