My title explains it. Anyways my bestfriend's brother Logan is confusing me because he acts all flirty, then all friendly, then he'll ignore me

    When I talk to him he trys to make eye contact with me and smile

    He stays up 'til hes too tired to cheer me up

    He quiets down if hes talking to his friends when I'm around

    He always says cool, and when I said "You think everything is cool :D" he replied, "Mostly the things you do."

    He always tells me lame jokes

    When he sees me, he says "Hey MacKenzie, Watsup?"

    He has mood swings like sometimes he'll be really flirty, then friendly, then he'll like ignore me

    When he found out I had a crush on his bestfriend, his instant really was "If you think he's hot, how do you feel about me?"

    My friend asked him if he liked me, and he tried to drop the subject, but when she wouldnt he wrote "Ummm i dont know yet, I want to get to know her better"
