Hopeless or Hopeful?- A Big Time Rush break up story
This Story is about Kendall Knight and Jo taylor. Jo broke up with Kendall three days before this story started and joined the jennifers. Kendall had no idea why and all he wants to do is figure it out It was sos sudden for Kendall that he is going through some hard times.
Love. Sometimes it complicated, sometimes others take it for granted, and sometimes its true. For Kendall Knight, a sixteen year old boy, it was giving him a little trouble. Right now he was suffering from a break up with his girlfriend Jo. Kendall new they were perfect for each other but something happened. He did not know. She broke up with him tuesday, three days ago. His three friends, Logan, James, and Carlos were helping him get through it. That friday afternoon he sat by the pool with Carlos and Logan on the lounge chairs next to him. James was flirting with the new girl, Mindy. Kendall was staring down at a page in the magazine he was reading. He wasn’t really reading it, but he was thinking. Thinking about Jo. Logan looked at him and sighed, “ Hey, you wanna go down to the ice rink? It might be nice to get some hockey in this week.” she suggested. Carlos sat straight up and smiled, “ Yes!” he put his helmet on and jumped to his feet. Logan looked at him and chuckled than turned his head back to Kendall,
“What about you.” he asked. Kendall shrugged his shoulder and sunk lower into his seat. “ Come on dude, it will help you get your mind of..... You know.” Carlos walked over and sat on the end of Kendall’s chair, “ I guess so.” he sat up and stretched out his arms. Logan stood up and pulled Kendall to his feet and Carlos went to get James. He walked back over a minute later without James, “ He’s to busy over there with Mindy.” Carlos pointed his thumb over his shoulder. Logan rolled his eyes, “Ok, lets go then.” he started walking, glancing back to see if they were following. They walked up to the room to change and grab their hockey sticks. Logan, who got his full lisence two weeks ago, got into the drivers seat and Kendall sat shot gun and Carlos sat in the back with all the hockey sticks. They drove a few minutes to the rink and were happy to see that there was nobody else there. Besides, it was only one o‘clock. They all high fived than went onto the ice. Logan dropped the puck in the middle and Carlos went right in for it and stickhandled it all the way to the net. Kendall got in front of him and blocked his shot. He pushed it around Logan, confusing him, and shot it into the net. Logan skated up next to him and punched his arm lightly, “ Nice.” he smiled. They played for another two hours than got of the ice and sat down on he bleachers with water bottles. “ You guys played good.” logan put his arm around both of them roughly. They both laughed, “ You to.” Kendall smiled. “ Hey, looks like hockey is helping you forget about Jo, yea?” Carlos pat his back. Kendall looked away and sighed, “ I um.... Im gonna go get my shoes.” he stood up and walked away. Logan sent Carlos a glare,
“What?” he looked at him, “ I didn’t mean to!” he shrugged his shoulders. Logan punched his arm and stood up, running after Kendall. Carlos stood up and grabbed his and Logan’s hockey sticks and followed more slowly. Outside by the car, after they put there skates back in their lockers and got there shoes, Carlos apologized, “ Kendall, look. Im sorry. I shouldn’t have said that. I didn’t mean to upset you.” he looked at him with eyes that said he was telling the truth. “ I know, its not your fault.” he put his arm around him. Carlos smiled, “ Thanks.”
They all got in the car and drove back to the palm woods. They went and got changed into their bathing suits. Kendall in his bright orange bottoms and a black tank top, Logan and his blue bottoms and white tank top, and Carlos in his purple bottoms and Green Day T-shirt. They all made there way down to the pool, holding their towels. They lay them out on the lounge chairs and lay down on top of them. James joined them, Mandy sitting down next to him. “ Hey guys, i want you to meet Mandy.” James introduced her, putting his arm around her shoulder. “Hey, your new here right?” Logan asked, “ Its nice to meet you.” he put out his hand. She accepted it and smiled, “ Its nice to meet you as well.” she smiled back, her white teeth almost blinding. Carlos looked at her, “ Im Carlos.” he shook her hand as well. Kendall nodded to her but his eyes followed Jo as she past him with the Jennifers. Mandy looked at James, confused. “ He’s going through a breakup.” he whispered. “ Oh.” she breathed, blinking her bright blue eyes. Kendall watched her go, eyes wide, as she laughed when the Jeniffers laughed and copied what their leader did. Jo would never do something like that. As they walked past them, Jo completely ignored him. She even turned her head away. His eyes grew gray and James, Logan, Carlos, and Mandy looked at him, “ Dude, don’t worry about her. Theres plenty of fish in the sea.” James sat up straight in his chair and Mandy put her legs over his own and leaned her head on his shoulder. “ Im...i’m gonna go.” Kendall stood up and walked up to the room. Logan dragged his hand through his hair, sighing.
“ Let him have some time alone for a while.” Carlos put his hand on Logan’s shoulder as he stood up to go follow. He nodded and sat back down. James looked over at Jo and the jennifers who were now sitting under one of the blue tents, “ Hey Mandy, you wait here for a minute. Im gonna go...short out this problem.” he told her as he shuffled of the chair and walked over to them, “ Ok Jo. Im not sure what your problem is! Kendall is my friend and i don’t want you treating him like this! If your gonna break up with him at least tell him why. And you cant ignore him forever!” he pulled her up to her feet by her T-shirt. “ Excuse me! And i don’t want you touching me.” she brushed of her shirt as if James had a highly contagious disease and it would make her sick if she left one trace of it on the silky cloth. “ Ok, listen to me! You better go talk to him. Im not sure whats going on Jo but i know this is not you. I know you would never to do this to Kendall. To anybody!” James yelled in her face. She slapped his face and he staggered backwards, holding his cheek with his hand, “ You cant tell me what to do!” she screamed and sat back down. All four of them crossed there arms and turned away from him. James just shook his head and scrunched his nose. He turned around and walked slowly back to the boys, “ James, what did she do to you?” Mandy jumped to her feet and put her hand on his cheek. It was still red, “ It didn’t go so well.” he sat back down and put his hands over his face. Mandy lifted his head up by his chin and kissed him on his cheek,
“ Maybe that will make it feel better.” she grinned. Logan rolled his eyes. Then James noticed something, “ Hey, where did Carlos go?” he asked. “ Oh, he went to get fruit snacks from the vending machine.” Logan told him. “Oh.” he blinked. Carlos ran back out and pointed to the door with his thumb, “ Gustavo wants us at the recording studio.” he told them, slipping his phone back into his pocket. “ Kay then. I, will see you when i get back.” James gave her a small peck on the lips then got up with logan and all three of them made their back up to room. “ Hey Kendall?” Logan said after they got into the room, “ Gustavo wants us at the recording studio.” he told him. “ Tell him i dont want t go.” he told him. Logan sighed. He understood, “ Ok.” he said. They all left.

It was still red, “ It didn’t go so well.” he sat back down and put his hands over his face. Mandy lifted his head up by his chin and kissed him on his cheek,

Logan sighed. He understood, “ Ok.” he said. They all left.
