New People, Old Home (A Twilight Love Story)
Yes I will continue my other stories too I just had this idea from a text I sent to my friend last night...hehe. So this is a little different from some other stories I've written since this is fantasy, but I'm all in! So, as you can tell it is a Twilight fanfic and I just hope you all like it! Story time now amigos! Favorito, por favor y precio.
Gracias,
Yuki
P.S. Just so you all know, I haven't read the books in a long time, so I'm going off of my horrible memory. NOW enjoy. :)
Chapter 1
Still Human
My life as a human was fantastic, but short. I only lived until the young age of 16. 1727 was the last day I ever walked the land as a human being. That one day in the cold, September wind I was turned into a terrifying and nasty creature. A vampire.
The change took an agonizing 3 and a quarter days to take hold. Throughout it all, I was laying in my home on my sleeping quarter's floor screaming in pain. No one had been home. My family had gone on a trip the day before and wouldn't be back for another five or so days. I was doomed.
Only now do I wish I could have appreciated life more. The way tears would come and take over your face after a death. Or the fierce tiredness that came whenever the day was rough. Or even the vulnerability. I had always taken life for granted thinking everyone else was just lucky I was there and I was an essential part of their lives.
My appearance had made me too confident, I suppose. The way my long blonde curls always looked perfect in every occasion, and my crystal blue eyes with a few specks of green here and there daring others to experience my essence. The few curves I had creating my body structure and defining it well. But of course after the change I realized I was just swallowed up in my own vanity.
Then after the change I ran far away from my hometown. The area now known as the state of Washington. I packed some fruit in my lucky patch of animal skin and brought up the remainder tying it into a knot. Weeks later I had completed the making of my boat and sailed the Earth looking for some help for my situation. I found some in Africa. The few kinder vampires helped me control my strength, but there was one thing they never could come to understand. I was in many ways still like a human.
K, I'm going to post another chapter tomorrow and update my other stories in a few days, so stay tuned! And yes, I know this would probably never actually happen in the world of Twilight, but guess what? This is fantasy, and guess what else is? Twilight! So get over it and just enjoy more writing or walk away now and whine about how much you hate my imagination of the Twilight universe.
