Tobi's Coup d'etat
This is something that me and Ari_chan_of_the_Akatsuki just started to do a while back and now we decided to turn it into a story. It's about Tobi and some other anime characters that are mental patients who try to escape. It might be kind of wierd but that's what makes it awesome! Enjoy!=) (It will help to understand the storyline better if you have watched the anime Naruto, Bleach, Black Cat, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, Full Metal Alchemist, Fairy Tail, Code Geass)

President Soul Angel, I regret to inform you that Tobi has gotten into the "special" popsicles. It was Kyoko's fault. Please send help immediatly.

I understand. Please keep him under survelance and locked up tight. If you do so then the situation should be resolved soon when the popsicles wear off.
However, there is another problem that needs to be adressed. Mr. Urahara informed me that when he last visited your institution his hat was stolen. He is hysterical over the loss of his hat. This matter needs to be resolved as soon as possible or Mr. Urahara will take matters into his own hands and I am afraid of what might become of The Institution if that happens.

I'm well aware of your situation. Like every time he visits, Tobi attacked Mr. Urahara's hat with a spoon. This time however he managed to take it from him. And I regret to say that while he was in interigation for said hat's location he escaped and is now loose in the building somewhere.
