Alex Evans Stole My Heart (Emo Love)

I stopped at the parking lot to the national park and got out. Alex was leading me to where a bunch of couples where talking. I made a face and he rolled his eyes, "Come on Jay, perdy peas?" with those god damnd puppy eyes. I caved and said "Fine, just stop that!" He stopped and said "Sorry only way to get you to do something."

I laughed and pulled her into the center to see a couple standing there, the man got onto one knee and looked at the women and asked "Rosy will you marry me?" I smiled and looked at Jayla who was blinking at the couple. I looked back at my cousin and his girlfriend. This is why I had wanted to come, and a bunch of couples came here in the winter. She looked at me and said "Isn't that your cousin Jared, who when I was fifteen use to poke my check and say "Emo, emo chick!" until I would slap him." I laughed and said "Wow you remember, yeah that's his girlfriend Rosy." I focused on them again and heard "Oh of coarse I will!" Jared smiled and hugged her! He ran up to me and said "I thought I saw that black hair of you twos!" Jayla smiled and said "Hello Jared, good to see again!" He went to poke her face and she said "Poke me I will kill you!" he quickly took down his hand. "So Alex, you two a couple yet?" I blushed and snapped "Yes, why do you care!" He held up his hands in defeat, Jayla began shivering. I could tell cause my arm was around her shoulder, I looked at her and said "Let's get going, see you later Jared." We walked back to to car and I drove this time. We went to the dorms and I parked in front of her building and we walked in. She put Sophi's gift under their tree and stood looking at the TV, CNN was playing and they where talking about some Paris bound DC flight that had crashed and on the name of casualties I saw Jennet and Harrison Smith. She broke down into tears and I caught her before she hit the ground. I held her as she sobbed, Sophi said "I'ma order pizza tonight," I nodded and thought 'she is in no shape to cook'. I carried her to her room and laid down on her bed with her whispering things like 'I'm so sorry, It's gonna be okay'. She sat up wiping her tears and said "I am not going to grieve, they loved me and that's all that matters." I looked at her in awe and said "They would be proud to see you now. I still wanna know what do you want to do after this, your getting a degree in Art." she shrugged and said "Do you want to eat here? If so what do you want." I looked at her and said "Well I am defiantly not leaving you, Sophi already ordered pizza." She nodded and laid back down next to me looking into my eyes. Such pretty blue eyes, her fair skin, her black hair. She was perfect for me, I always thought she was beautiful but was to afraid to tell her. Sophi walked into the room and asked "Hey guys what do you want on the pizza?" Jayla turned around and said "Well I want pepperoni, Alex what do you want?" I looked surprised and said "Um, diddo." Sophi nodded and said into the phone "One pepperoni and one supreme. Okay, yeah, see ya in 30 minutes." she hung up and looked at us. "Hey tomorrow we need to decorate the tree," She and Jayla decorated the tree on Christmas Eve. "Well I am gonna go watch Invader Zim." Jay laughed and said with sarcasm "Of cores you are. Have fun." Sophi looked at me and mouthed 'She was just cringing!' I nodded and mouthed 'Tell you later.' Jayla fixed her hair and said "I am gonna go watch that with her." she walked through the open door and asked over her shoulder "You coming?" I got up and went with her. We watched one episode and the pizza got there. James walked in and said "Oh Invader Zim, can we watch something else?" Jayla took the remote and changed it to Making Fiends. He frowned and said "Not what I meant. Live action. Like Degrassi, The Latest Buzz, anything." Sophi turned on the Latest Buzz and we watched Mruno Chambers in a cat costume. We where laughing as he said "I got to river dance in a cat costume it cant get any better than this." That was one of Jayla's favorite actors, well Canadian. She recited every line of it just to annoy James. I was laughing helping her, she did a mean Wilder. After we ate she said "I'm gonna go listen to music, wanna come?" she asked me. "Eh. Yeah, I'd love to." We walked to her room, she had a red and black checkered comforter and band posters everywhere, she had a book shelve crammed with books. Such as Percy Jackson, Harry Potter and a ton of manga's. I loved her room, it was so.... Jayla. She had a huge stereo system, her family was "comfortable" as she put it, meaning she was loaded. But she didn't tell me until we knew each other so well we could practically read each others minds. She wanted me to know she wasn't stuck up and snobby. It never bothered me, she didn't let me tell anyone outside our "circle". Sophi and James knew cause they saw her moving into her room. She used her money to buy music, instruments, drawing supplies, Teuton and all other expenses. She had helped me with all the money. Anyways she was putting in Hawthorn Hights and went to "Ohio is for Lovers". I sat on her bed as she sat at her desk drawing a picture, I walked over looking to see what she was drawing anime style. It was an image of me and some faceless girl. I looked over her shoulder she turned and snapped "Must you do that!" I looked at her and asked "What, I wanted to know what you where drawing." She sigh and showed me a more intricate version, that had my ex girlfriend and me. I looked at it and said "I hate her, why would you draw that." she looked unfazed and said "She wanted me to draw this for you for your anniversary a couple years ago. You two broke up and I was left with this, It was to good to destroy so I kept it." I nodded and said "She does this picture no justice, that is way prettier than her." Jay laughed and said "I don't know who to draw in this time, who do you think I should draw in?" I didn't think about it and said "Jayla draw your self in. You are my girlfriend, you should draw us in the snow." She nodded as if that's what she wanted to do. She put in another disk witch was Love Drunk. The music was playing as she was drawing and I was goofing off with her video camera, by taking a video of her as she was drawing. She glared at the camera and said "Cut!" and put her hand in front of the camera. She looked at me and said "All that's needed it to go in and digitally edit it." I nodded and she opened her laptop. I looked at the drawing, it was amazing. She scanned it and set to work, at 10:00 I said "Jayla you need sleep, I'll just stay here?" she nodded and almost fell asleep at the computer. I picked her up and set her on the bed, taking off the jacket and over shirt. She looked at me and tugged me down onto the bed. She leaned in and kissed me, witch turned into making out. She was on top of me, and I was holding her waist her fingers knotted up in my hair. I reluctantly pulled away saying "We still need sleep." She sigh and laid next to me "Your right, sorry." I looked at her in the darkness and asked "For what? Kissing me? I loved it if you didn't notice." she smiled and said "G'night Alex, see you in the...." just then she fell asleep against my chest. I smiled to myself and said "Good night baby." and kissed her forehead. I listened to the noise coming from the other room and thought "Pervert." and drifted off to sleep.
