At the end of episode 26 of Ouran High School Host Club, why don't any of the girls realize that Haruhi is a girl??? I mean she's dancing with all of the guys and wearing a dress....

yeah, that's true, but they had planned earlier for haruhi to dress as a grl for the last part of the festival. and in previous episodes, the girls had made it clear that they wanted to see haruhi dress as a girl sometime, because "he" would look goof in anything he wore. idk, that's just wat i think. :P or maye they did know she was a girl then, but just didn't care.
