    This is D'Aulaires' Norse Gods and Giants. The cover shown in the picture belongs to the 1967 edition. I would like to purchase this book, but the only version I can find is the newer edition through Amazon, which has a different cover, and the pictures and style of the book are different. I don't much like the new edition, and would like to find the 1967 version but without the rare book price! Can anyone help me find it??

    they sell new and used books so you can probally find a used one

    I just went to Barnes & Noble, thanks to your suggestion, TEAMJACOB25, but they don't have available copies through them. Does anyone know what Marketplace is? If I bought it, I would be buying through Barnes & Noble from Marketplace...

    i also looked the book up, and it is on Albiris.com
    It says it is from 1987.
    and then i found one,Hardcover, Doubleday & Company, 1967. it is the book, or it says it is but there is no picture like all the other ones. $64.95, this was the cheapest price but thats alot.
    AND THEN i went to page 2 and found the same thing,Hardcover,Doubleday, 1967 and the price of this one is, $45.00. but again no pic.

    its Very long. but i just copy and pasted. if you can try to copy and paste this, there are only 2 pages. and only 2 copies from 1967.

    Thanks for the help, katty1989. My mother is going to check with some of her forums, since she knows some people who have copies of rare books, so I'll wait for a little bit, but, again, thanks for the help! :}
