The song is the real 911 call from 2009 of when a woman called the police. She had a pet chimpanzee which weighed 200 lbs. and the pet attacked her friend.
The chimpanzee ripped off her nose, her eyes, her lips, her hands, her ears, and severely damaged her limbs. She was blinded for life and had to have a hole in her face just to breathe and eat.
In the song, the owner says something along the lines of "Get here fast..." "Shoot him..." "No use locking the doors of my car, he'll rip them right off..." "He's eating her..." "She's dead..." "I stabbed him but he only got angrier..." "He's eating her alive, get here! Shoot him!" "He's going to eat me too!" "He's ripping her apart!" "He ripped her face off!" "He's mauling her!"
In the song at 0:53 seconds you can hear the chimpanzee screaming in the background.
