Life is short, enjoy it while you can
Smile--it's contagious
Dance--who knows when you won't be able to
Cry--holding in emotions is bad for you

Laugh--what's the point in hiding happiness
Apologize--you don't want to lose friends over a stupid little arguement

Well nobody even thinks about smiling at a hard time in their life, but smiles are contagious, so if you smile then someone else will smile and you just helped turn somebodys bad day into a good day:)
