This may be beneficial for those with lactose intolerance, as they may be able to get their frozen treat from frozen yogurt without regretting it later. Another important thing to remember is that frozen yogurt is not necessarily low in fat or in calories. Surprisingly, most frozen yogurts have as much fat as full fat ice creams! looked it up on yahoo answers and thtz wat i got:)
