Here is some background on this story:
Jessica Marett is just a teenage girl trying to live a normal life in the shadow of her famous, obnoxious, and racist parents. When she finally can't take it anymore, Jessica sends in an application to St. Patrick's Boarding School ,one of the top boarding school in the country. To her surprise she is excepted and she is soon off to a new life.
She is excited to be free of her parents and live out of their shadow. Everything seems like it is going her way when she meets the very attractive Adam Johnson. They discover that they are mad for each other. The only problem ...Adam is black. This fact doesn't bother Jessica one bit ,but she soon learns that not everyone has the same view on the matter as she does.
Adam and Jessica fight to stay together...but will the fight rip them apart? Or redefine the true meaning of love?
