Chapter 1

As The Tables Turn

by: torment
As my heart is in two,
I'm nothing without you,
But you're one of my worst mistakes,
Which makes my heart ache,
When I try to put the pieces back together,
I used to hope we will be with each other forever,
But no, I was wrong,
And now so long,
I hoped it'll be a fairy tale,
But no, it was a fail,
You've played with my heart,
And now I want to rip you apart,
You're a jerk, who thinks he's something's worth,
But you're not, you're always so mirth,

All of the sudden you want me back,
Go back into you little shack,
You beg, you plead,
But you'll never be with me,
I've learned my lesson,
So stop messin' with me,

I know you still love me,
But now I know, that we were we never meant to be,
What we had was in the past,
And it was such a blast,
But now, I'm moving on,
And it's my turn to say "So long!",

And here we are,
You were like me,
And now, I'm like you.
And how does it feel like being alone?
Now I'm walking home,
With a smile on my face,
And now, that was the end of my case.
