A dream in reality. [old one. Serveus Snape love story]
Chapter 1
Before school was even in.
I'm Serveus. But just call me Snape. I was in the woods one day. I was searching for some mushrooms for a recipe my mum told me. Then I heard shouting.
"Freak!" A girl shouted. I knew right away who it was. It was a girl named Petunia. She was a muggle, with a sister called-
"Lily, stop it! Your nothing but a freak!" She cried again. Lily. I like her. Nothing like her sister. Sweet, kind and funny.
"I-I can't help it! I can control my powers!" Lily said, almost sobbing. My feet moved by themselves. I was watching them. I was so angry. Stupid Petunia. Then I used my magic, which I don't normally use. Tree roots started to tangle around Petunia's feet. It crawled up her legs.
" LILY!!!! STOP IT!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" she cried. I couldn't let Lily take the fall for this.
"IT'S NOT HER FAULT!" I shouted. The roots let go and shriveled back into the ground. Lily looked at me.
" YOU BLOODY IDIOT! YOU COULD HAVE KILLED ME!!!!!" She screeched. "IT WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IF YOU WEREN'T BEING SO HORRID!" Lily screamed back. Petunia lost her voice and she stomped off. Lily walked up to me. A single tear went down her cheek.
"thank you." She said in a small voice. Her flowing scarlet hair and her big, round eyes, so beautiful. She was different from models in magazines, putting crap on their eyes, acting like they were pretty. Lily looked beautiful without trying.
"You were really brave there." I told her. She reached out and touched my hand.
"I knew you were there. I felt like there was a patch of courage in my heart. Never touched, but being stored until I needed it." She said to me. She looked at me and smiled. I knew what I needed to do.
"Come. I want to show you something." I said. I started up the hill. She was close, still holding my hand.
"It's far." I told her.
"I don't care. I'm with you." She said.
"I could beat you there." I challenged her.
"No Way!"
"Oh yes. Easy." I said.
"Want to bet on it?" She said. Wait. She didn't just say it. She flirted. With ME. Of all people, me.
"Yeah." I agreed.
"Okay. If you win," she said.
"And I will." I said.
" If you win, You'll get my silver coin." She said.
"Oh yes. I can already think of what to spend it on."
"But if I win... You kiss me." I stopped. She WANTED me to kiss her?
"Deal." I said. She smiled.
"Then I'm off." She said, then sprinting.
"Hey! No fair!" I called to her. Then I took off. It took me two minutes to catch up to her. It was the most fun I've had in years. Running and dodging trees. But then I slowed down. We were almost there, I was going to win, ten more feet, and then I lost my balance. I tripped over a rock. Lily stopped.
"Serveus!" She shouted, then came running to me. She got to me.
"Are you okay?" She asked, lifting me so I looked like I was sitting up.
"I think... ah, my ankle." I told her. She took my shoe off.
"It looks like its sprained. Come on. Let's go to the bench." She told me. I hobbled over.
"By the way, how did you know about this place?" I asked.
"I come here every Thursday. I love the sound of the waterfall and the little animals that scurry around here. Its so peaceful." She finished.
"No wonder I didn't know you came here. I come on Friday. I come here and think. Its like my second home." I told her. I looked at the place. There was a cobblestone path, just big enough to walk on. It shaped around like a giant upside down U. It went into a cave in a mountain. In the middle was a small pond with a little waterfall. A dove flew to us. It hopped up and down.
"look at the poor thing! Its wing is broken." Said Lily. Then I had an idea. I started to think on the bird. Then my powers fixed its wing. It looked at me, and flew off.
"Thank you." Lily said.
"Come on let's go home." I told her.
"Wait." She said.
"What?"
"The race was never finished, but I was closest to winning when you fell." She said.
"So?"
"So... Here's my prize." She told me. Then she kissed me. She. Kissed. Me? I felt like my ankle wasn't even hurting. Most kids my age are too busy with stupid stuff like dolls, superheros, and other stuff to feel what I feel. I felt... In love.

Really nice! I love Severus and Lily!
What do you think of my work? Not bad for a 10-year-old-girl!
