The world is such a nasty place

I have been having an amazing time in Thailand and it was been a one in a life time experience and have been Elephant riding and trekked through rainforest and seen loads of great cities and towns and lots of culture. Just though I would start with this happy note. Although the thing I wan't to write about is yesterday after coming out of the rainforest and having made our way back to Bangkok we saw English news and oh my we, my family and I were shocked. All over the news there were riots at home in London. I know this will be a naive statement that will make me sound like the child I am but it's England proper riots seems unlikely something that will never happen and hear I see the massive destruction happening not only in the country I am from, but in the my home city, in area my friends and family live in and that, well that is just so scary.

So yes watching the news for people who haven't heard of this a man called Mark Duggen who was killed by a police man. Something I think in a country such as England is deeply unsettling and wrong and once again shocks me. Basically people seem to have gone against this saying its wrong and riots have started and people are looting and burning people's house and business all around and rioting against police. I don't see how this can help anything people are destroying business that is going to effect the recession that is so harmful to everyone. People are understandbly complaining that there are no jobs in Britain but how is destroying companies and homes going to help. They are not protesters these people they are criminals. Some people have a good motivation but violence can never solve anything and I am sure that this is not just about morality and more about anarchy. People are fed up at the moment and a chance to go agaisn't government has been proved to be awful. This just saddens and shames me to how people could be like this how could steal from another person, how you could burn someone else property whilst people are in it ect ect. It shames to be a person honestly.

So yes I admit I am pretty worried as the news says it has spread all around London and to Birmingham (another city in the centre of England). But mainly I am thinking about all my friends and family who are there. They have been rioting at a look at the riot map in Chelsea were I am from since Sunday. Pretty scared what we will come home to. Although I don't think it has been bad there. I have just got in contact with my Gran and Granddad after hearing news that it has reached Notting Hill the rioting has reached were they live. Very scary. Its like what 10 mins away from were I live. Thank god Gran and Grandad are ok but they said it is mad with cars being set a light and windows smashed. It's awful to thing Camden and Notting Hill were so many of my friend live are like this. But not just these places most of London.

So yeah bit worried being on the other side of the world and desperate worried about society and what we have become. Basically what I am trying to say is to me humanity seems to be having issues when it comes to morals.
