I never got to see

youre sweet and little face

I never got to feel

your heart beating in my embrace

I never got to hear

Your longing heartfelt cries

I never got to meet you;

instead you had to die

I wish things could be different

Every day you cross my mind

You're in Gods hands now my dear

you left the world behind

you were unexpected and unplanned

I was scared I wouldn't be enough

But please know my little baby

That you were NEVER EVER unloved

Goodbye for now my son or daughter

My heart breaks with my soul

But one day soon we'll meet again

And our family will truely be whole.
