Learning how to roleplay
This is a little guide to roleplaying cause i like to roleplay on various sites, and ima give this guide to the few people i think should improve their roleplaying.
There are many different styles of roleplaying, but some just make you look sloppy heres an example of sloppy roleplay
Bad Roleplay Example: "Sam walked"Sam: Hey Mike(Hi Sam) "Mike walked over to Sam"
1. A roleplay post should have at LEAST two or more full lines
2. " are used when one is talking, if you wish to roleplay like that use a[n] asterisk[this ---> *]
3. Put more detail into your posts, heres a better example of that certain post
Better Example: Sam walked nervously, her head cocked to the side a bit. Her shoulder length blonde hair flowed like streamers as she looked to her friend "Hey Mike, when did you get here?" she questioned her friend. "Hi Sam, and just a few minutes ago, why do you look so nervous?" the boy replied, his voice full of concern.
See the huge difference?
Another bad example is when you don't calrify who is doing what in double posts.
Example: A man walks over to that man. "Hi" "Hi" one waved a hand to the man. "Whats up?" "The sky" The man chuckled.
Must i explain how terrible that is?
Better Version: A young, tan, and skinny man wearing a brown hat swayed toward another older and long-bearded man with a pale face. "Hello, sir" The young man with the brown hat smiled. "Well, Hello there young man!" the older pale gentlemen, Jamison, replied. "Whats up?" The younger one asked, a smile crossing his face. "Just the sky!" Jamison chuckled.
Just try puting more... effort into these things...
Reaper's Tips: Trying clarifying a characters name by a certain post, because you don't want to continuously use the same words over and over.
This was made for my friends online that enjoy roleplaying but i'm just a bit to nice to say it to their face that they can't roleplay very well..... Have a nice day....

Good points! Although, the level of detail you show may feel like way too much work for some people, it's rewarding to read. A middle ground is also acceptable (Especially for younger role-players.) [i.e.]
#Kim ran to Allen# What are you doing?! #Allen hid his hands# Uh, nothing
Kim raced toward Allen, radiating curiosity. "What are you doing?" she asked, trying to see his hands. Allen quickly hid his work. "Um, nothing," he replied with an unconvincing smile.
Note, * causes boldface type.
