OMG PLZ HELP!

Ok... so I was on my way home from school and I was putting my cello in my car and i staggered backwards and tripped over a rock... It didn't really hurt but I looked over and my arm was in a barrel cactus... So, now I have only 1 thorn wedged very deep in my finger. Plz tell me what I should do!
