Need help, greatly appreciated!

Hi! Okay, so help is wanted. My friend, Allie is having some trouble and has been for a year and a half. I know, I'm brilliant and should be able to fix this and everything, but I'm at a loss. (I know, you've heard the 'my friend has a problem' thing but she does, and I can't help her.) So maybe you can help her. Allie isn't the...most confident person. She's constantly bringing herself down, not thinking she's pretty when she's beautiful. Id kill to look like her. Anyway, she has this crush on this guy, his name is Colin and he's super cute and attractive, as she says. I think he likes her but she is confused. She says he's sending mixed messages to her. For example,
Colin will hug her, brush her hair, rub her feat, do anything she asks, tell her she's amazing and told her there is a song that describes her perfectly, it's called 'Just the way you are' by Bruno Mars and Allie is completely head over heels, but she doesn't know whether to make a move or not. I say, go for it but she doesn't think he would respond the way she wants him to. I am confused myself, but maybe you smart, brilliant people out there could help out two, sweet, innocent confused girls? PLEASE!!! She won't stop nagging me over it!
