Don't quit chatzy. You just need to channel your anger in a different way, instead of acting out at other people. You need to find a different solution, and after that everything will be fine.
Yeah, please tell me if you find a solution that doesn't involve writing or just telling my feelings. Or telling my family. I've tried all of those. None of them help at all.
