I looked up from my paper at the school. "Well, this is World Academy W, but..." I felt so small. "Its bigger than big brother said it was." I turned. "Maybe i should go back to the island, i mean, its safer there than here most likely and..." then i remembered Matt. "No. Big brother thought i was big and strong enough to do this. So i'll do it!" I turned and bmped into someone. "Oh, im sorry, i didnt mean to..." I looked up, then grinned. "Big brother!" I hugged him.

"Rosey!" He hugged me back, slightly lifting me off the ground. "Im so glad you came!"

"I wouldnt miss out more time with you, big brother." I stepped back and grinned, putting my dark blonde braids behind my back. "So, what class are you in?"

"North American class, you are too."

"Can i go with you then?" He nodded and held out his hand. I grinned and took it. "This place is so big!" He nodded.

"I was scared when my big brother took me here too." I looked up at him.

"You have a big brother too?" He nodded. "Does that mean he is also my big brother?" He looked at me for a moment, then smiled.

"I guess it does." I smiled back at him, then looked forward.

"This day is going wonderfully! I've already found out i have another brother and my other brother is in the same class as me." I looked up at Canada. "Is he in our class too?" He nodded. I smiled. "Wonderful!"

"You... you have to be one of the cuteset things i've ever seen, aru." I looked at the person who said that, and saw it was a boy with a brown ponytail.

"Ah!" I let go of big brothers hand and held it out to him. "Im Rose Island."

"China. It is very nice to meet you, aru."

"Same." I took big brothers hand and we left. I looked back at China and saw he was still looking at me. "Big brother?"

"Yes?"

"Why does China have a panda? Wheres your polar bear? And can i bring my bunny from the dorm to school?"

"China likes pandas, Rosey. I didnt take my polar bear because i..." I stared at him.

"You forgot him, didnt you." He sighed, looking down and nodded.

"Well, you can take your bunny. As long as you keep tabs on it, it doesnt really matter." I grinned.

"Wow! At the schools back home we werent allowed to do that!" Then i heard something loud coming and i hid behind Matt. "Big brother... What is that?"

"That would be my big brother. America." I gasped.

"Mister America is our big brother?" He nodded. I went wide-eyed. He was an important person. Or, at least, thats what i had heard from Japan and Canada.

"Im telling you, Arthur, leg warmers are going to be the next big thing!" He and another boy were turning the corner.

"Yes, thats exactly what you said about neon colours, and its only those strange scene kids wearing them." He had a strange accent. "And stop talking with your mouth full! Its not even first period and you're eating hamburgers-"

"Hey, bro! Who's your new little lady friend?" I cowered behind Canada. America was a bit scarily loud.

"Oh, this is our little sister, Rose Island." He turned his head to look at me. "Rosey, this is America. He taught me everything i know."

"... We have a little sister?" Mister America looked dumb-founded. Canada nodded.

"Rosey, say hi." He nudged me forward a bit and i held out my hand.

"Hello, Mister America brother, sir."

"Oh, just call me big brother number two, kid!" I nodded as he shook my hand vigorously. "And if you dont mind im gonna take Canada away to chat about big kid stuff for a little bit, k?" He swept Canada away and i held my hand out.

"Big... brother?" Canada looked back at me and smiled. I smiled back.

"How are you related to that git?"

"Huh?" I looked up at the man who was with big brother America.

"Nothing, just talking to myself. So, you're a new country, hey? You should meet Sealand, he knows all about being a small country." I stared at him. "Im England, by the way. Student counsil president."

"Hello, England. Im Rose Island."

"Canada calls you Rosey, have you known each other long?" I nodded. "Hm. Here, i'll show you around the school." He put his hand on my back and led me around. "See, there are seven homerooms. The seventh is for Antarctica and the countries not owned by anybody."

"... Owned?"

"Yes, i own many countries. I even own Canada, though he's more independant than most..." He stopped for a moment.

"England?"

"... Which by extent, means i own you..." He grinned. I blinked.

"Oh." I was about to say something when i heard more yelling. I hid behind England as a guy with chin-length blond hair and a girl with dark pigtails came by.

"England! France is being a pervert again!" The girl whined.

"I've told you many times over, Seychelles, it is how i show love!"

"But could you please stop!" Then she realized i was here. "Oh, a new student?" I nodded. "Im Seychelles. I came here at the start of last year, why are you here in October and not september, though?"

"Im Rose Island. My big brother brought me here late, because travel through to my Island could only be reached by Japan because Canada didnt have a boat and Japan didnt respond to big brother Canada for a while."

"Oh, i see. Well, this is France. Hes the one that taught me what i know." I smiled and came out from behind England. I held out my hand to shake his and he took it and kissed it.

"Uh..." I took my hand back. "Is that... normal?" I looked up at England, since so far he seemed to be the only thing remotely normal here.

"For him it is."

"Oh. Well, i learned from big brother Canada to shake hands when you meet somebody. And Japan just bows." Then the bell rang. "Oh! I have to go to class now. Bye. Thank you for showing me around, England." I bowed and ran off. "This place..." I looked down off of a balcony floor. "Its so big! I dont know where im going." The second bell rang and i ran back the way i came, just to bump into someone else and we fell over each other.
