Today We Remember--New Chapter
I made this a group story, in case anyone else would like to add on to this. If you would like to, post a comment, and I'll assign it to you. Thanks. ~USA_Forever
Chapter 1
We Will Always Remember
Today we forget about Team Jacob or Edward.
Today we forget about our favourite colours--because for now they are the same three.
Today we forget about religious fights, race, what jobs we own, and how much money anyone has.
Today we Remember it all.
I cannot write down accurately enough the memories, the horror of watching the Towers fall, of knowing how many people have died before help could begin to reach them. The days of searching through rubble, the months of cleaning, the years of slowly rebuilding both Ground Zero and our lives.
So this very small tribute, just words on a webpage--something that doesn't even exist, to be honest, just pixels on someone's screen--is dedicated to you all brave souls, because I can do no more. I watch the television broadcasting Taps, and scenes from memorials. I watch the American Flag stretched out over every football field as the crowds chant "USA! USA! USA!" and hold signs to remind everyone we are never forgetting.
This changed us in ways we cannot even measure. This tragedy brought all of America onto the same page.
Today we forget about politics and what our friends think about UFOs, and whether or not they read magazines we don't approve of.
Today we remember all of our loved ones, both lost and still alive, and remember that we are America, we are the land of the Free and the Brave. And when anyone tries to take that away from us, we will fight back, and we will win.
USA FOREVER.
USA! USA! USA!

Cool.
Can I write the next chapter?
If you would like to. Please keep it to remembering those lost, no political bashing etc. (just a precaution, it's not against you or anything, just don't want to even go there with this.)
I'll assign it to you now. :}
