My True love? (an Edward Anthony Mason Cullen)

Its 8 o'clock in the morning. Josh and I are on our way to school, its our Senior Year at Forks High and we are estactic! "Josh I hope you find somebody before graduation. I know you have been looking for awhile since Lulu left." Lulu was my brother's 1st real girlfriend. She moved to Hawaii last year and now has a Hawaiin boyfriend. But since Josh and I were kids we have always been close. We were each others best friends, still are to this day.
Josh looked at me and smiled, "I know sis but its hard to find the perfect girl. I know you are still looking for Mr. Right." I smiled because he was right. I was still looking for Mr. Right; hopefully I'll see him this year before graduation. "I'll make a bet with you" Josh said, "If and when you get a boyfriend I will get a girlfriend." "Okay, your on bro!" I laughed and then pulled into the parking lot of Forks. Of course Josh and I had all the same classes so its not like we were far from each other. I had a feeling today would be different.
During 5th period I notice we had a new student in the class and he was hot! I just looked in his direction as he started walking. "There's a seat next to Ms. Johnson" Mr John told him. I would have to thank Mr. John later because this guy was hotter than hot! "Little dry mouth sis" Josh snickered.
I Iaughed at him because I kinda was. "Hush, Josh" I whispered. Josh just sat in his seat on the other side of me. Goofy older brother, yeah by the way Josh is older than me but only by 3 minutes, I gotta love him though. Edward came and sat beside me. He flashed a smile at me and I giggled.
"Edward Anthony Cullen" he said with his hand held out. I shook his hand and said, "Alexandria Star Marie Johnson, but my friends call me Alex or Star." He smiled a crooked smile. "So cute!" I thought to myself. After 5th period ended it was time for Lunch. "Edward, Josh and I have a special table we've sat at since Freshman year. You're welcome to join us if you want" I told him and I flashed him my sweet smile. "That would be excellent, thank you for the invitation" Edward said sweetly, wow his voice was as sweet as honey and melted me like a popsicle on a hot day.
When Josh and I came through he lunch line Edward was already at our table. Weird, Josh must have told him where to sit. I went to sit next to Edward and next thing I know I'm in the floor with food all over me. "Who did that?!" I growled. I look up and its Rachel, she pulled my chair out from under me! "Oops sorry Alex" she smirked with that stupid face.
I should have known she would have done that. "Rachel that wasn't nice of you to do! Now apologize to my sister or your in for it!" Josh snapped. Rachel looked at him like he was crazy but she did as she was told, ""I'm sorry Alex." I looked at her with a glare. "Its best if you just leave now Rachel" I growled.
Josh and Edward both helped me up. Josh got my front and Edward got the back. "Josh I think Rachel still has a thing for you" I told him. "She probably does but nobody treats my sister like that" he smiled at me. I laughed and went to hug him. He flew up his hands, "Whoa sis, you are covered in food. Let me go to the car and grab you a fresh shirt and skinny jeans okay?" I laughed at him and said, "Okay bro' I'll see you in a few minutes."
Edward looked at me with sorrow in his eyes. Why was he sad? I wasn't hurt or anything. "Are you okay" he asked. I looked at him and smiled. "Yes I'm okay. This isn't anything new, Rachel is just Rachel and she has hated me since Freshman year" I told him. He looked confused, "Explain please?" I looked into his creamy liquid gold eyes and smiled. It took 5 minutes and I told him whole story. I hadn't realized that Josh was comming up out of the parking lot until I heard the bell ring. Josh ran the rest of the way and told me that he'd see me in Trig. I was late to class but I had a note from the Principle so it didn't actually count as a late slip.
It was the end of the day and Riley and I were headed to my car. "Alex! Hold on I need to speak to you" Edward yelled. I looked back and he was already at my side. "Josh you go ahead and get in the car" I told him, and threw him the keys. I turned around to Edward and smiled. "Hey Edward" I said and then smiled. "Hey, I don't want to be straight forward or anything but can I have your number" He seemed nervous but he wanted my number and that was sweet! "No, its okay, yeah you can have my number" I told him. He handed me his phone and I handed him mine. After we exchanged our phones back he went to his Volvo and I went to my Corvett. I smiled the whole ride home.
"You seem happy Alex" Josh commented after I walked into my room. He stood in the door way. "Hmmm, what? Oh yeah I'm just happy because our Senior Year is going to go by in a fash" I replied still dazed. "Right, well I've got homework to do. I'll see ya later sis" He said and then went to his room. I layed back and listened to Electric 102.7, yes I have one of those radios that gets outto other states. Nick Scott was playing "If I Die Young"-by The Band Perry. I laied there and sang the song word for word: "If I die young, bury me in satin

Next thing I know I feel my phone vibrate. Its Edward! I wanted to scream in glee! But i calmly read the text:
"Hey Alex ;)"
"Hey ;)"
"How are you this evening?"
"Fine and yours?"
"Beautiful. Alex I know we just met but I really like you and I'd like to go out with you"
";) I'd love to go out with you!"
That conversation may have been short but it was awsome. This year is going to go out with a bang. Well its time for bed for me, I'm too tired to eat dinner anyway. I sighed and then went to sleep. Yay I have a boyfriend!
