Today is World Suicide Prevention Day.
Today we remember all the wonderful people who sadly took their own lives.
Last year 527 people in Ireland committed suicide.
People are affected by this everyday and it's time to raise awareness and lose the stigma attached to depression.
Also I would like you to remember those who lost their loves in 9/11.
The fire fighters who died saving others, the people who had to jump from
The building knowing either way, they weren't going to live.
To those people who could just stand there and see it happening.
To those innocent people on the planes that crashed.
To those who had friends and family now gone because of it.
and to the children born in a day full of tragedy, the kids that have celebrate their bir and morn the day as well...

It isn't supposed to make us sad, the people who died wouldn't want that, so lets honor them and be ourselves again.:)

Let's all have a moment of silence for the people who went to work and gave their lives to save others, for the mothers and fathers who said "I love you" to their children one last time, for the people who said "Goodbye" to the ones they loved, and for the brave people who helped save many others. Even though we were not there, nor lived near there, we will always remember 9\11.
