Looks: Jess has ginger red hair and bright purple eyes. Her skin is porcelain white, she's only 5'0 tall.
Personality: She's extremely nice to the tributes, but that doesn't stop her from trying to teach them proper manners. Most of her tributes find her annoying, overly bubbly, and they find her to be fake.

How They Won: He stayed on the down low until it was him and the careers. Todd happened to win by luck. The last career accidentally ate a poisoned apple while hunting for Todd, and the career died.
Year They Won: Won when he was 16
Looks: Todd has dark brown hair, which he keeps cut short. He has chocolate brown eyes, and is 5'10.
Personality: Todd isn't a very social person, and after the games he became even more distant. He's basically useless to his tributes, since he's a morphine addict

How They Won: He was a killing machine, he killed just about everything that moved.
Year They Won: Won when he was 15.
Looks: He has wavy blonde hair and pale blue eyes. He's about 5'11, and is pretty muscular.
Personality: Cameron is often angry, since he doesn't really have a way to deal with winning the games. He also doesn't really talk to his tributes, unless they show any chance of getting past the bloodbath.

How They Won: He stayed hidden until he was in the finals.. Then, he pulled a Haymitch and let the fore field do the work for him.
Year They Won: Won when he was 18.
Looks: He has light brown hair that falls in waves over his forehead. He's about 6'1", and he has sea green eyes.
Personality: Zach drowns himself in alcohol.It's the only way he deals with the games. He's often quiet, and doesn't like talking about his family. The capitol killed them due to his "rebellion".

Personality: Hayden is a little more bubbly than Cameron, but she's easily set off. A lot of people says she crazy since shell cry at any reminders of the games.
