Dasher watched the littlekits. The cream tom is Poppy, the male black kit is Breeze, and the long haired she-kit is Mint. Poppy topled over Mint, then she lost balence and fell into the river. Mint yowled as she sunk into the lake. Tamach, thier father, jumped into the river. Shrew, Poppy and his littermates half-brother, raced to Poppy. "hat were you thinking! Mint is probably dead now!" He hissed. "There's no need for argue," Ginny said as she separtaded them. Tamch came out with Mint, squirming. He put her down and she ran to Poppy."I'llteach you to push me in the deep river!" She hissed as she tried t push him, but Tamch searated them, ike he separate Shrew and Poppy. Poppy looked at the moon."It's late,its, get to bed." Samachi said as the three kits,tierd, walked slowly to the little hole where they slept.They lived ear a landfill, so Cora put fur of twoleg skin twolegs put on in there. It was nearly Midnight when all the cats were asleep.Mint,Breeze and Poppy crept out of there hole. They crossed the stones that led out of the empty field. They headed to the town. They walked along the sidewalk to Ginny's house. The twoleg that lived upstairs picked them up and put them into there little bed. "Bella, dear! Your all wet!" The twoleg said as it dried Mint off. "Carlo and Thomas are dry! I onder what happened.!?"


It was 4:30,and the cats there woke up at 6:00. They snuck out to downstirs.A ginger she-cat looked at them with suprise.Ginny! "W-What? Poppy,Mint,Breeze?" After her sentence, they scurried to the door. They rn out the kitty-door. A soon as they reached the river, It was 5:49. They rushed to there hole and acted like they were sleeping.
