Today is World Suicide Prevention Day.
Today we remember all the wonderful people who sadly took their own lives.
Last year 527 people in Ireland committed suicide.
People are affected by this everyday and it's time to raise awareness and lose the stigma attached to depression.
Also I would like you to remember those who lost their loves in 9/11.
The fire fighters who died saving others, the people who had to jump from
The building knowing either way, they weren't going to live.
To those people who could just stand there and see it happening.
To those innocent people on the planes that crashed.
To those who had friends and family now gone because of it.
and to the children born in a day full of tragedy, the kids that have celebrate their bir and morn the day as well...

and i feel bad for the people that i know and their birthday IS on 9/11 and they should be happy about that.. and it's not a day to be happy.. so its sad for everyone.. even the people that did not know one person that had died.. =[
