Four times a charm.

As I wake up to my phone ringing, I notice nobody is awake yet in the house. I answer the phone. "Hello?" I say. "Hey Dawn," It's Elizabeth. "What's up?" I ask her. "Oh, you need to come over to my house ASAP. I have a surprise for you!"
"Ok, I'll be there in a few."
"KK, see you then!!"
I hang up.
What could Liz possibly want? As I'm brushing my teeth I can't stop thinking about Brett, my friend whom I've dated before, 3 times. I can't help not thinking about him. I walk downstairs and leave a note for my family saying: "Mom, I'm at Liz's house, call me when you see this! xoxo.". When I arrive to Liz's house, I don't see her parents, only her, Brett, Jake, Violet and Ethan. "What's going on?" I ask Liz but I'm staring at Brett. "We're playing spin the bottle/Seven minutes in heaven. You spin the bottle and whoever it lands on you spend 7 Minutes in heaven with!" She says. Oh god, this is about to get interesting, I think. As I head over to the couch, I catch Brett and Jake staring at me. I continue to sit down. "Ok, who wants to go first?" Liz asks. Nobody responds. "Ok, Dawn, you go first!". I sigh and roll my eyes. "Fine, I'm taking one for the team.". I close my eyes, and spin the bottle.As I hear it spin I keep thinking, not Brett not Brett! When I open my eyes to see who it landed on, sure enough, it was Brett. "Awwwkwaaarddd!" Jake said. As I follow Brett upstairs I start to panic and think of the worst scenario. When I walk into the room, he closes it and locks it. I hear Liz yell, "SEVEN MINUTES ON THE CLOCK!". He start walking towards me. "I just want to talk." He says calmly. "What about." I say frightened. "Us." he says looking into my eyes.
