Jessie Rees (RIP please read!!!! URGENT)
this is a true story that I should've posted earlier, but now it's too late...
Chapter 1
Joy Jars.
Most of you are unaware of a young girl named Jessie Rees, but I'm here to tell you her story.
In May of last year my friend Jessica Joy Rees was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. She left school and began 6 weeks radiation and Chemo therapy. It was heart wrenching, but not to her. She took what she felt and realized that others were too and created the NEGU foundation (Never Ever Give Up) and began Joy Jars. Joy Jars are 16 ounce jars that Jessie filled with "joy" and gave to hospitalized children. She did this for months, she even gave one to me.
But her condition didn't improve. It stayed the same. Every MRI result was just: stable. No changes.
That's we thought.
but it got worse...
and worse...
and worse...
Then in fall of last year they found a second tumor, and she went deaf in her right ear and she couldn't stand to eat solid food. It made me cry at night. All the pain she went through, but was determined to make sure that other children didn't feel that and gave them "joy."
Then today, January 5 2012, her pain ended. She got her wings and is with Jesus now. And all I ask of you is that yo help spread the message she left us.... please check out her site: http://www.jessicajoyrees.com/ and pray for her family. For she was only 12.....
Please rate this five stars so ever one can see this, I want her memory to stay strong...it this appears on the stories page I will be forever in your debt....
