The One I Want [Sequel To "Do You Believe in Magic?"]
Chapter 1
The Trip To Privet Drive.
I woke up in the small bedroom of the Weasley twins on a hastily made pallet. I rubbed my eyes and sat up. The lights were on, but it was dark outside. Fred and George were pulling on jackets.
"What's going on?" I grumbled, standing up.
"We're going to fetch Harry." George grinned.
"How are you going to get there? How do you know he even wants to come? He's not answering our letters."
"Oh, he's coming-" Fred started
"Whether he likes it or not." George finished.
"Sounds legit." I nodded. "Can I come?"
"There's not enough room; Ron's coming..." Fred started to say.
"You can share a seat with Fred." George suggested, smirking.
"Okay!" I grabbed my sweater and ran across the room to wake up Ron.
I shook his shoulders. "Wake up, Ronald! We're going to get Harry..."
At this, Ron's eyes shot open.
"/There/ we are." I said, satisfied. I grabbed his wrists and pulled him out of the bed. He lost his balance when I let go, and fell to the floor.
"Fine then..." I said, walking slowly to the door. "We'll just leave without you..." I ran downstairs and out the door, happy to be the first ready.
The three brothers walked out about a minute after. "So... How are we going to get there?" I asked, pulling my sleeves down over my wrists.
"We're taking Dad's car." Fred smiled at me.
"Seriously? You're not really going to knock on the door at..." I checked my watch. "four o' clock in the morning, and expect him to be able to come?"
"Maybe." George chuckled.
I groaned in frustration while Fred, George, and Ron got in the car. I sat in Fred's lap. George winked at us. I growled at him, and he looked as if I were mad.
Fred patted my head. "That's a good girl," He cooed, as if I were a dog. I giggled.
"Can we go already?" Ron moaned from the backseat
"Allllright!" George started the car and pressed a button. There was this odd feeling. Why in the world is the ground sinking? I thought. Oh wait...
We were flying! I let out a laugh of delight, and sat up in Fred's lap to see the view. "This is BRILLIANT!" I shouted. Everyone laughed at me.
I sat back and laid my head on Fred's shoulder. He played with my now mid-back length hair. George made kissing noises.
"Shut your ungodly mouth before I hex it off your face!" I snapped, and Fred chuckled.
"Oooh scary!" George said in mock-terror.
I stuck my tongue out at him.
We finally reached Privet Drive. I giggled in excitement.
Here we go.
