The Mystery of The Midnight Alley At Dawn

I was running. Someone had found out. Someone was out to get me. I rush by many crowded streets, trying to lose him. All I did was help myself to food, food I needed to survive. My stomach aches from not enough food. I run past street after street, unfamiliar with this part of the big city. I run harder, hoping I'll lose him soon, and get home, to the alley on the other side of town. I feel something hit me. I don't turn around, and I keep running, harder and harder every second. I can't go on much longer, but I must. I turn streets, going into an alley. It glows fire, but there is no fire. It will be midnight soon. I hear animals fight ahead, and when I approach they stop. One runs away, the black one, but the orange one attacks me. I run the other way, but then I see the man coming down the alley. I try to run, but I'm still exhausted from running before. I pause a few seconds while the man is running at me, and think hard of what I should do since I can't run anymore. I dash towards the cat, and jump over him. He was running at me before I jumped, and he hit the guy behind me. I run at full speed after that. I look back and see him running at me. He quickly catches up to me. I feel him grab me and yell, “Pay for that food, you theif!” I suddenly hear a deafening sound and see a blinding light. I instantly feel refreshed, and I don't feel hungry. The man is gone. I see myself at home. I smell home. I am glad to be home.
