or just simply say "I'm not going to talk to you if your going to be like this" and walk away. This one works a lot, and leaves kids shocked and confused, most of the time.
Though it really depends on what she does to annoy you. If she does things to annoy you on purpose, then my advice above still stands.
If she's generally just doing things that annoy you, without realizing it or trying to, then you may need to ask yourself if it's worth getting upset over.
