The Experiment

The moment I opened my eyes there was a blinding flash of light. And then a searing pain went up my arm. I screamed louder than I ever had before. Then everything went black.

When I woke up I was in a completly white room whith no doors or windows only a mirror in the far side of the room. I was laying on some sort of hospital bed. I looked over and there was a deep gash on my arm. It was dripping blood the only color in the room. All of a sudden my throat was very dry and I noticed how thirsty I was. Before I knew it I was on the floor drinking the blood. It was the sweetest drink I had ever had. I finally pulled myself away and stood up. I walked up to the mirror and gasped. The person staring back at me was gorgeous. Her skin was caramel brown and flawless. She had hair the color of freshly fallen snow and fell just past her waist. Her eyes were emerald green and watched you like a cat and were lined by thick long lashes. She wore a simple, idyllic dress but made it look like she had just stepped off the runway. It took me a second to realize that that person was me. " This is great!" I said smiling. Then I remembered the cut on my arm. I looked down at my arm and was shocked at what I saw. Where the cut had been was smooth skin. Not a scar or bruise or even a little redness to show it had been there.
