A blade
It was right at my wrist
I'd been through so much
Ready to die
I was ready
I'd been r_ped
I'd been beat up
Called so many names I forgot my own
Then I looked around my room
Pictures with friends
Teddy Bears from Valentine's Day
My computer blinking with comments of my suicide video I posted
I only fell to my knees and started to cry
I threw my knife out my bedroom window
7 years later I'm happy
I'm in a happy relationship
I've made a family
A wonderful career
I've done a lot for myself
And to think that all of this wouldn't have happened if I slit my wrist when I was 17 years old
I was saved
But I realized over time that I only saved myself from myself
And that's all you guys can do
We live in a world full of disgrace and hatred
Save yourselves
Putting yourself out of your misery DOES NOT mean commiting suicide
It just doesn't
And maybe you think it's your way out
It's nobody's way out
Even if you've been r_ped
Beat up
And called names
It's not the way out
And it never will be
You may not think it but you are loved
And I only realized that as soon as I was about to do it
You guys have time
I only had one second left
You truly are blessed
