I need a little help talking to my crush...
I sit by him in band and math. He's one of the smartest kids in the class, and he's popular. I'm not, but I kind of am. I'm the nicest person in the class (everyone tells me)
There are a bunch of popular girls who like him, and he probably likes them too, and he likes a guy magnet (pretty, smart, long hair). He called me retarded last year when he found out I liked him. Now I'm kinda scared to talk to him.
The girls who are popular trash about me sometimes to him, and when he ends up talking to me, he says something short and its usually not a full conversation.
I used to call him bacon as a code word, and he found out about it last year and teased me, and I lied and said I don't- idk if he believes me- that's that.
He thinks I'm smart, nice, and funny. But he seems to not like me I see him look at me sometimes, but I might be imagining it.
I tried hanging out with the girls he hangs out with (one of them is good friends with me) but the 2 other girls (there's 3 girls) didn't want me sitting at their lunch table.
He talks to me sometimes, but in band he talks to my best friend who also sits by him, and his ex girlfriend( the guy magnet) who sits like 3 seats from him. I'm on the edge of the seating arrangement. Whenever I sit by him, I ignore him cuz I'm scared to talk to him.
So basically: How can I get into his top friends list, and get him to fall for me?

Just be yourself around him. I am taking this from experience. Cuz Noah seems to be nicer to me when I am myself. And do not.........I REPEAT DO NOT........ say you are ugly or fat around him (I am not saying u r) Dudes like confedint chicks. Call urself sexy. Trust meh, it works.

Ya I agree with the first comment-be yourself and maybe in band class (anywhere really) try starting a convo but don't be to desperate or needy-include your friends too and he'll probably think your really cool (he probably already does :D)
