Cruelty IS indeed faulty. [A Dramione Love Story]
It's been a year since the Battle of Hogwarts, and some of the educational deprived students of their 7th year have returned, a few to be exact.
Professor McGonagall stared at the small group of students in front of her. The group was of Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, Blaise Zabini, Theodore Nott, Pansy Parkinson ((Whom needed to return badly)), Daphne Greengrass, Neville Longbottom and Seamus Finnigan.
Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy were made Head Girl and Boy as Neville Longbottom and Daphne Greengrass were made prefects and Blaise Zabini Quidditch Captain of the Slytherin house. Seamus and Neville never played Quidditch, and were no where near getting made captain.
Hermione still took Defence Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Transfiguration, Potions, Herbology, History of Magic, Astronomy, Study of Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Muggle Studies, and Care of Magical Creatures.
Draco was still in Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Transfiguration, Potions, and History of Magic.
All of which he shared with Hermione.
All of which he shared with the remaining Gryffindors.
Most of the periods Double Periods, meaning double the torture of attending with Brainless Longbottom, Exploding Finnigan, and Apple Polisher Granger.
Double the misery.
Which means twice of much effort to make them miserable.
Double the effort to show cruelty.

Really good!
This looks promising, but you might want to work on some grammar. ("Whom needed to return badly.") Whom isn't just a fancy 'who' - in our language, whom means kanino (whom is for possession, is it not?) and who means sino. Quite difficult to understand, maybe.
That may be correct in your language, but not in mine. It's grammatically correct.
-Used instead of “who” as the object of a verb or preposition
-her mother, in whom she confided, said it wasn't easy for her
