I sat in class listening to the teacher blab about history. The principal walked in and interrupted the discussion about Egypt. Thank you principal! I thought to myself. "Hello everyone! I have something very important to announce. We have a new student! Her name is Kaitlyn. I expect you all to treat her nicely and be her friend." As the principal left, I saw the most beautiful girl I've ever seen walk in. I swear she's an angel from heaven. The teacher said, "Alright Kaitlyn you may sit wherever you want." Kaitlyn walked to the desk behind me and sat down. I turned around. "Um..hi I'm Alex." I smiled. She smiled back. "I'm Kaitlyn. It's nice to meet you Alex." Her smile is like seeing the sun rise. Her eyes glisten with happiness and beauty. I know I've just met her, but I think I'm in love with her. And I wish with all my heart that one day, she'll be mine. No. I pray that one day, she'll be mine.
After class, Kaitlyn came up to me. Butterflies ricocheted in my stomach. "Can I help you?" I asked. "Um yeah can you show me where the math room is?" she looked at me with those gorgeous eyes. I must have been staring because she said, "Um..hello? Alex!" I snapped out of my trance. "Oh sorry! I'll show you to the math room." I replied. Wow she's perfect. I thought. I just hope she'll feel the same one day.
