its complicated(a vampire story)

"bye mom!" i, summer pectolite shouted behind me, dashing out the door and into alexis, my best freinds, car
"hey alexis" i said "you ready?" i asked, we were going to a big post-mid term party!
"ready! you look nice tonight summer." he said and my heart fluttered. although we were best freinds, i couldnt help but have a crush on him...but who couldnt!his dark hair was the perfect length and his style of clothes was casual like mine, i couldnt help it!

we pulled up and he escorted me inside. we werent very social people...and we dont like to talk much, eccept to each other.
"so what do you want to do?" he asked me after a few minutes of aimlessly wandering
"i dont know...i heard a new student was coming tomorrow, do you think he's here?"
"no, otherwise miss im-all-that-violet-culprite would be all over him, not just standing over in the corner alone"
"good point" i realised...violet was our schools "it girl". she was 17 (like alexis) tall, thin, dark haired, nails painted red, hair always up...and EXTREMLEY popuar...i once thought alexis liked her untill he started to call her things like that.
"you want to ditch this and go down by the lake?" he suggested
"ok!" i said, anything to get out of here, and the lake was our primary hangout

the moonlight shined brightly on alexis's face, making me like him a bit more.
calm down summer, you guys are just freinds, he probably likes a more popular girl than your nerdy,shy,self...your dirty-blonde hair always up, your blue eyes with a hint of green, you are tall and thin...your beautifull, but he sees you as a freind...and thats ok
they talked by the lake for a while...
"uggh, tomorrows monday...i hate mondays" i said
"its alright...theres that new guy here" he said cheerfully
"yeah but what if he's a...you know...or worse, a hunter."
"dont think about that"
i was the only one who knew about his...secret
"its getting late, we should get going...see you at school!" i said
"im driving you home, remember?" he said, laughing
"right...lets just hope the new guy is freindly!" i said half-laughing

and that was my night!
