"Mommy! Look!" I ran up to the throan room, tripping over my dress. The glourious wingspan, white as snow wings only having a seven feet wingspan at the time flopped ontop of me. Everyone thought they were only a decoration. Just a kids costume. Because I was named the Angel Princess. But they weren't. They were really wings.
"Angela, what did I tell you about running in the palace?" My mother asked. My father looked out at the sunset through the tall glass pane, as his gaze settled on the rolling hills beyond the town.
"I came to show you this! Look!" I lept in the air, flapping the wings, hovering above ground for about a minute before I got to tired.
"Angela, did we not tell you no flying in the kingdom?"
"No."
"Then listen child!" She thought she ruined my seven year old mind. But actually, she only got it working harder.
Because everyone knows you do things when you are told not to do them.

"Child, today we grant you the special thanks of being the youngest member on the monster hunting squad." The King agnoldged me earlier that day. I was pleased. Not for being the youngest and have to kill monsters, but couls get off the chart for being a 'monster'. I had a black silky wingspan that hid beneath my ratted clothes. It stayed hidden for I was concidered a monster. And then I'd be hunted.
That would be bad, since I wanna live.
Now where should I start my hunt to protect the ones like us? I thought. But there really wasn't a place to start but to try not to look suspisious.
"Hey, Valeria, you commin'? We have some monsters to catch!"
"Yeah, I just am thinking" I grab my jacket, putting it on. "Let the fun and games begin"
