Finally! I wrote it!
I bolted up and panted, my vision blurry. I blinked and looked around trying to see the battlefield, but the only thing I saw was Alex's concerned face.
"Rachel? Are you okay?" I exhaled and fell back on the pillow. It was just a nightmare. It's been weeks since I got married, but now that everyone was practically ready for battle, the nightmares have been coming more and more frequent and more gory.
"The nightmares are getting worse, Alex. I don't know how to stop them." I said, sitting up and swinging my legs off the side. I sighed and stood up, shaking. "I'm going to get some blood. That might be able to help me sleep." I left the room without saying anything and headed to the kitchen at noon.
Okay, I know what your thinking. Obviously vampires should be asleep during the day because they'll burn up on the spot. That's not true..well, not to me anyway. Apparently, there was a prophecy about someone like me being able to change the world permanently. Of course, the bad guys don't want to world to change, because they were on the edge of taking over the world, so they tried to kill me before I realized my specialty. So, now we were on our own and I had one of the oldest, most wisest, vampire in the world on my side. The Doctor is the creator of my species, but I still needed to find the creator of the werewolf species. It would be hard to have three leaders under one roof, but I was willing to take the shot.
I opened the fridge and grabbed a bottle of blood. I opened it, leaning against the counter, facing the doorway. Tipping it to my mouth, I heard the air change and Damien's scent filled the air. I sighed and looked at him. Damien was my brother-in-law and I didn't like the way he was treating the girls that were training.
"What do you want Damien?" He shrugged and opened a drawer, taking a knife out of the drawer.
"Just came to get something." I looked at him in alert. What is he planning? "Remember your little human toy, yeah he killed one of my favorite girls here." I frowned.
"He couldn't have. I have him locked in his room."
