Turning Pages(After Breaking Dawn Story)
Bella sighed as she picked up the book, The Merchant Of Venice. Alice was trying to tell them something, but what? Maybe it was her, not Edward she was trying to warn. Quickly, she flipped to the next page. An address was stuck there, with the name J.Jenks.
"What was all that about?" He asked, watching the book burn beside Bella. "Alice. One more note, but I cant say. It's between us." Bella hated lying to Edward, but she had to. Maybe this was the place that Bella could get Jacob and Renesmee those passports to get away from Forks. They were all going to die, and she didnt have much time to get them. They were less then two days away. "I'll be back later. I have to go Christmas shopping." She kissed Edward on the cheek, and headed out into the snow. The snow felt no different to her then when she was a human. It was cold, but she only felt the warmth go through her hand when she picked up snow. Sometimes, she reflected on her human life, though all her memories as being a human disappeared when she woke up, given a second chance at life.
Later on, Bella had made a deal with J. Jenks, and he told her that they'd be ready in two weeks. She thanked the human, almost glad Alice had directed her to him. She dropped by a store, picked up somethimg for little Renesmee, and headed home. Edward, once inside, was playing her favorite piece on the piano. ”what took so long, love?” She had no answer, but instead, picked the necklace from her pocket and handed it to him. ”like it?” He nodded. ”the store, huh? Last minute shopping?” She nodded, and Edward stood, raising his hand to hold hers. ”Lets go. Renesmee will wake soon.”
