Music and Piano Keys
I thought since I accidentally deleted the Fanged Ones that I would go ahead and start to write a story I said I was gonna write after I finished all of my stories.
Oh, and by the way, I changed the name of the main character. And the name of the story. Just cuz :/
Chapter 1
First Day
Beep! Beep! Beep!
"UUUGGGHHH!"
I slammed the snooze button, and tried to drift back into my dreams....
Wait a second. What's today? Oh my gosh! I gotta get up!
I jumped out my bed and turned on the lamp on my night stand.
"First day of high school." I said. "Let's do this."
I opened my top dresser drawer and pulled out the clothes I had picked out to wear the night before: a white tank top with a piano key design on it and black skinny jeans. I pulled out my black high top converse from under my bed, and took my black leather jacket from my closet.
I opened my jewelry box and grabbed my guitar pick earrings and my gold plated necklace that read: Aubree. My name, of course.
I slipped on my clothes and ran into the bathroom.
I had a mess of wavy blonde hair, sea blue eyes and long, skinny arms. I tried to brush my uncontrollable hair, but to no avail. I sighed, and brushed my teeth.
I finally was walking out the door when I realized the bus was already coming down the street. I ran as fast as I could, and got the the bus stop in just enough time to climb on the bus before it jerked down the street.
I plopped down in a seat next to a girl with dark, curly hair.
"Amberlyn?" I said. She turned to me, and I knew those deep brown eyes belonged to my best friend.
"Aubree!" She hugged me, and I sighed with happiness.
"I can't believe we're actually on a bus, on our way to our first day of high school!"
"I know!" She turned around and pulled a notebook out of her book bag.
"Doodling, much?" I said. She nodded, and opened the book, flipping through pages of broken hearts and blood and a few zombies. Yes, Amberlyn loved to draw things like that. She also loved the write poems. Sometimes, about death.
I looked at what she was wearing. A purple sweater, a furry vest, ripped blue jeans and a white beanie on her head. I looked down and saw she was wearing black leather boots, as usual.
I heard my ringtone, Our Song by Taylor Swift, and pulled out my phone.
"Hello?"
"AAAAHHHH!!!!" A cheerful voice screeched.
"Alyn?"
"Yeah! Guess where I am?"
"I don't know, where?"
A head peeped over from the seat in front of us.
I put away my phone. "Alyn! What are you doing here? I thought you moved!"
She giggled. "I did! But, I moved back a month ago! I would've told you, but I wanted to surprise you at the beginning of the year!"
I looked at her frizzy red hair, pale skin, freckles and electric, extremely happy blue eyes. From over the seat I saw she was wearing a colorful plaid shirt, and pieces of brown leather wrapped around her wrists.
The bus jerked to a stop, and I looked out the window at the massive building. "This is it!" I whispered.
