Disturbed
This story is one I have only been working on for a month now. It is about a girl, Raven, who lives in the house of a ghost, Onyx. At first he watches her silently, but then is urged to show himself to her. Soon enough they find that they are both in trouble and only they can help each other.
I knew she was different. I had always known from the moment I saw her. It wasn't how she always seemed to be wearing black, or how she only ever wore those ratty old converse. Neither was it that she was beautiful. Which she was. with her fair skin and dark hair that flowed around her shoulders in waves. And those pale green eyes that intensified every emotion she felt. It wasn't anything superficial.
It was her soul. The soul of a broken girl. A girl let down too many times to count. A girl who could truly be happy if the right moment presented itself. But instead is left in the dark.
My words cannot describe such a complex creature as this girl.
Her name is Raven Smiths.
