A Thestral is a skeletal black winged horse with an incredible sense of direction. It can only be seen by those who have seen death. They come in in Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix and only Harry Luna and Neville can see them. Harry Ron Hermione Ginny Neville and Luna use them to get to the Ministry. (I like being a know-it-all lol)
