Ok, I was texting my friend Cormac and telling him that all these "Team Gale and Team Peeta" things were peeving me off because everyone is going to think it is another Twilight.
He has never read the Hunger Games, but claimed he knew all there was to know.
Apparently, he didn't.
He texts back, "Why do they even have teams? Doesn't Peeta get betrayed and die? There isn't really a choice."

Hahahaha. Um I find it funny that you mentioned the whole twilight thing because I haven't read Hunger Games because I thought it was a Vampire book like Twilight but found out it had nothing to do with Vampires lol. Now I wanna read it so badly before the movie comes out and hopefully will be able to get my hands on a copy.
You should!!!! It is AMAZING! Most of it isn't even about the guys. They are a side show, sort of like a half-time show between the main events. XD And it keeps those love-story cannibals hooked. Haha!

I told my friend about the series and she said "do the vampires sparkle?" to which I looked at her weirdly. Then she said "well I figured hunger games.... Vampires...." and ran off.
I agree that all this Peeta and Gale stuff is getting a little out of hand (save it for Twilight!) but I still do pick a side and I'm with Peeta on this one.
Oh one more thing. Isn't it funny how Peeta is the name of a baker's son, and he bakes bread, and his name is pronounced the same as Pita bread?
