He is my best friend first off. Also he is my mom's best friend's son so I see him a lot. He is 2 years younger than me and we go to the same school, church, 4-H group so we do like everything together. This is what he dose to act like he likes me: one time I was sitting in a chair and he put his arm around my chair the whole time I was sitting there, also I was crying one night I was with him and his mom and he hugged me and was rubing my back

also he sits by me at church in class even when there are other sets open, one time my other guy friend sat in his set and he yelled at him and told him to move, my friend told him to just ask me out already and we looked at each other and he changed the subject, we were in a skit at church and we had to be married and his dad told us to look at each other when we talk and his mom was like they can't they will laugh, he always teases me,

at church he always gets us both in trouble for talking during the service, one time his sister wanted to sit next to him in the service at chruch and he told her that i was sitting next to me, in math he always sits behind me and always ask for help, my parents both think he likes me. he wants me to go to his house to study, when i am at his house we play video games and he always lets me win, he has sat on my lap countless times, one time in the car he wouldn't stop touching me for a hour

we have inside jokes and people tell us all the time we should date. Do you think he likes me?

Well, it sounds like he could, but the best way to know would be to ask him or his friends. Better to ask him, but he may not be truthful (like saying no, when he really does). But it sounds to me like he does. If you like him in return, then I'd definitely recommend asking.
