I think Bowser's in love with her. Google will do you well with this. I've also wondered how there is a Bowser Jr....is he just the "Baby" version of Bowser, or is he Bowser's son?

Aww I answered my own question. Bowser Jr. has no known mother, but he wishes Peach was his mother. Bowser has fallen in love with Peach. And in the game Super Paper Mario, the villain, I think his name is Count Bleck, forcibly marries Bowser and Peach. The marriage isn't legal, but Bowser still believes in it
